Bonjour à tous.

Aujourd’hui, on aborde un sujet qui me tient particulièrement à cœur : Rester Femme maman mais femme.

Maman mais femme le juste milieu

Et oui, nous sommes mamans, nous sommes aussi parfois comptable, parfois femme de ménage, parfois même bricoleuse mais nous sommes avant tout des femmes.

Certains moments, me maquiller et bien m’habiller me coûte car bébé pleure ou a besoin d’attention.

Mais j’essaie, la plupart du temps, de faire très attention à moi.

Dans un premier temps, cela est très important pour le couple car nous ne sommes pas que des parents.

En théorie c’est bien sympa mais en pratique ?

Certaines d’entre vous ont plusieurs enfants et je sais bien qu’entre boulot, ménage et les bambins ce n’est pas toujours facile.

Alors enfermez-vous 20 minutes dans votre salle de bain et si vous entendez “Maman” ” Chérie” vous n’êtes pas disponible !!

Ce sera dorénavant votre temps pour vous, pour vous sentir bien dans votre peau et dans votre tête.

Pour celles qui ont des petits en bas âge comme moi, prenez le avec vous dans la sdb.

Vous lui installez des poupées ou un jeu et hop le tour est joué.

Le plus important dans tout cela, bien plus que le maquillage et le reste c’est de garder une identité, une passion, car à force, le risque est de tomber dans une routine qui vous fera oublier que vous aimez votre rôle de mère.

Je n’ai jamais été aussi contente de retrouver ma fille qu’après deux heures chez le coiffeur, voir son sourire comme si elle voyait Dieu me rend super heureuse.

Alors, prenez du temps pour vous.

Préservez-vous et n’oubliez pas pendant ce temps là, vous n’êtes “Pas Disponible !”

Et vous, arrivez-vous à vous accorder du temps, arrivez-vous à être maman mais femme ?
