Bonjour les petits loups.

Bon, aujourd’hui, c’est mon coup de gueule.

Oui, cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas fait un mini scandale mais là, je dois dire que je suis vraiment en colère.

Pour notre aménagement, nous avons acheté de nouveaux meubles, après avoir visité plusieurs magasins nous avons finalement choisi de faire les soldes chez Conforama.

Une table, des chaises, un buffet, un canapé, une armoire, de la déco et pour finir, une belle petite facture de 900 euros à la sortie.

Plutôt contente de mes achats, j’ai vite déchanté lors du montage.

Les trous des chaises n’étaient pas fait, il manquait une pièce au buffet, une planche de la commode n’était pas droite et les trous du canapé n’étaient pas en face les uns des autres.

J’ai contacté le service qualité (après-vente) du magasin de Mondeville afin d’avoir une explication. Une opératrice m’a assuré un rappel sous 48 heures.

Cela fait deux semaines et j’attends encore…

Je suis vraiment déçue par le sérieux de Conforama et je ne vous recommande pas leurs services, malgré des prix attractifs, on peut se permette de remettre en cause leurs produits.
