Coucou les loulous.

A force de faire à manger le midi et le soir pour Mini-Crabe, je sèche souvent et je me retrouve avec la fameuse question existentielle : Qu’est-ce qu’on mange ?

Nous adorons les galettes, les Fajitas et les wraps, j’ai donc eu l’idée de revisiter les recettes de base pour créer quelque chose de pratique à manger et qui ne soit pas trop dur pour bébé qui n’a que huit dents.

J’ai tout d’abord lavé et découpé ma salade Iceberg, j’ai ensuite coupé en petits morceaux des filets de poulet puis je les ai assaisonnés avec du thym et du laurier et un petit peu de sauce tomate. Puis j’ai mis ma préparation à la poêle.

Pendant ce temps-là, j’ai enfourné une galette pendant une minute dans le micro-onde et j’ai ensuite déposé mes feuilles d’Iceberg ainsi que ma préparation au centre de la galette.

Je l’ai roulée comme une crêpe et voilà le travail, une Mini-Crabe ravie et très heureuse de pouvoir manger comme les grands.
