Nous nous dirigeons cet après-midi chez quatre mamans pour découvrir leurs tests sur le produit de chez Spinup.

Depuis le début de ma grossesse, j’ai eu mal dans le bas du dos.

C’était vraiment dès que je faisais un effort ou quand je restais trop longtemps dans la même position, me relever était alors trop douloureux..

Cela fait maintenant 5 mois que je m’en sers et je suis conquise.

Tout d’abord, qu’est-ce que le Spinup ?

Le Spinup est un concept révolutionnaire, c’est un coussin d’air de forme anatomique qui s’adapte à la forme du dos.

C’est très simple, très efficace et très naturel pour permettre de traiter le mal de dos sans effort !

On est directement placé dans un état de détente et de relaxation.

Mais comment cela fonctionne t’il ?

C’est très simple, vous posez le coussin au sol et vous vous allongez dessus, sur le dos surtout !

Il y a 2 faces ; une face plate et une face avec 2 orthèses, il faut que la face avec les deux barres parallèles appelées orthèses touche votre dos.

Vous pouvez y rester progressivement 5 min pour commencer, puis le lendemain 10 min, jusqu’à des séances de 30 min, si vous en éprouvez le besoin.

Et ce pendant 3 à 4 mois pour obtenir un réel résultat !

Conclusion

J’en suis ravie car cela m’apaise beaucoup, que ce soit pour le mal de dos ou pour se détendre après une journée bien fatiguante !
C’est reposant, destressant, on se sent vidé de tout le stress accumulé dans la journée.
Je suis conqui,,e, je m’en sers toujours 2 à 3 fois par semaine, le soir, avant de dormir !

C’est un bon produit, mais ça reste un investissement, il faut compter 147€ pour une taille moyenne et 153€ pour une grande taille.

Quand j’ai débuté le test du Spinup, j’étais à six mois de grossesse. Je travaillais encore et forcément, après une grosse journée, le mal de dos se faisait sentir.

En effet, comme beaucoup de monde, je souffre du mal du siècle depuis une dizaine d’années : le mal de dos !

J’ai longtemps pris des traitements antidouleur assez lourds, puis , avec le temps, on apprivoise cette douleur, on change ses habitudes et on vit avec…

Le traitement, je ne le prenais qu’en cas de crise.

Rapidement, la société me contacte pour me poser des questions sur moi, mon dos, mes habitudes… J’ai trouvé cela très sérieux ! Un bon point.

A l’époque, enceinte de 8 mois, le commercial me conseille d’attendre l’accouchement pour commencer le test…

Après l’accouchement (par césarienne), il me conseille d’attendre minimum un mois.

Et là, je tombe sous le charme car je me dis qu’ils veulent vraiment un avis objectif, éclairé et sincère.

Du coup, j’ai commencé à utiliser le coussin début juin.

En le déballant, tout est écrit sur la notice d’utilisation, qui est claire et lisible. Je me renseigne à fond et je m’allonge tranquillement sur le Spinup.

Au début, je me suis dit « mais n’importe quoi, tu mettrais un coussin à la place, cela aurait le même effet »… Puis, je fais mes 15 minutes, en essayant de me détendre.

Le premier test ne fut pas vraiment concluant.

Après la séance, j’ai eu une petite douleur mais en fait, en y pensant bien, ce n’était pas une douleur dorsale habituelle.

Car non seulement Spinup soulage les douleurs mais muscle aussi le dos !

Par la suite, j’ai eu moins de temps et c’est vrai que de trouver 15 minutes au calme tous les jours, ce n’est pas toujours simple.

Puis, mon dos s’est bloqué (comme ça m’arrive régulièrement)….et avant de prendre mes anti-douleurs, je me suis dit que j’allais utiliser le Spinup…et là…le BONHEUR !

Après 10 minutes d’utilisation mon dos s’est débloqué !

Le lendemain, rebelote puis en trois jours, la douleur est partie, sans prendre de médicament.

Et là je dis : Bravo, Merci, Super, Innovation +++ !

Du coup, même si le constructeur conseille d’en faire tous les jours, je l’utilise pour ma part en traitement ponctuel ! Désormais, dès que je sens la douleur arriver, je Spinup ! Et zou, ciao le mal de dos !

Alors sinon, pour les gens plus sérieux, en suivant les instructions (c’est-à-dire en le faisant tous les jours), cela prévient la douleur ! En effet, le côté relaxant et aussi musclant fait que le dos pâtit moins et donc cela créera moins de douleur.

Autre chose, on peut aussi utiliser le Spinup pour faire des exercices (bon, je n’ai pas fait cette partie). Mais je pense que je le ferai dans l’année !

Au final, je suis vraiment heureuse d’avoir été choisie pour ce test. J’ai découvert un produit vraiment nouveau et efficace. D’ailleurs, je pense investir pour m’offrir le Spinup de voiture !

J’ai commencé à utiliser le Spinup un mois après mon accouchement, tous les soirs, avant de me coucher, au départ 5 minutes, puis au bout de quelques semaines, 10 minutes. La première nuit, je me suis endormie avec l’impression d’avoir les orthèses encore dans le dos et une sensation de “rectitude” puis, cette sensation a disparu.
Pour la petite histoire, j’ai eu une péridurale lors de mon accouchement suivie d’une brèche (complication due à la péridurale), de sorte que mon dos était douloureux et je souffrais…

Il me fait du bien et me permet d’avoir un moment de détente rien que pour moi. Effectivement avec un petit bout de 5 mois, c’est le parcours du combattant, je ne dors pas beaucoup donc je suis fatiguée, le stress du boulot (oui reprendre lorsque l’on a un nouveau-né c’est très dur psychologiquement).
Aujourd’hui, le Spinup m’a été très utile et m’a réconciliée avec mon dos !
Quant au prix, il peut paraître excessif mais la qualité d’un meilleur sommeil vaut tout l’or du monde donc merci Spinup.

Il m’a été proposé de tester le Spinup lorsque j’étais enceinte. J’avais des douleurs dorsales dues à la grossesse et au fait que j’ai également deux autres enfants (4 et 5 ans).

J’ai reçu le Spinup en fin de grossesse, après avoir contacté l’entreprise pour leur signaler la réception du produit, ils m’ont conseillé de finir ma grossesse sans le dit produit (il me restait un mois à subir ces douleurs et cette fatigue musculaire mais en mode échouée comme une baleine, je ne me voyais pas me relever du sol comme une fleur). J’étais un peu déçue mais ce ne fut que de courte durée puisque j’ai accouché 14 jours après.

L’entreprise m’a recontactée 2 mois après la réception pour me notifier que si j’avais des douleurs je pouvais très bien utiliser dès à présent le produit, qu’il n’y avait pas de contre-indication.

J’ai donc testé le Spinup avec plaisir.

C’est un produit qui est simple d’utilisation, il est prêt à l’emploi et il suffit de le poser au sol ou sur une couverture. Il prend peu de place donc on peut l’utiliser partout (même dans un couloir), pour moi ce fut dans la salle à manger.

A l’utilisation, c’est un produit qui soulage le dos et détend. Même une utilisation ponctuelle est efficace. On peut également s’en servir en faisant des exercices pour muscler son dos mais je ne peux pas pu juger car je n’ai pas eu besoin de cette utilisation (pour l’instant).

Il est entièrement déhoussable, on peut donc le nettoyer facilement. Le coloris reçu n’est pas très attrayant mais il existe en plusieurs coloris.

Je suis satisfaite du produit car il répond aux problèmes dorsaux que je rencontre, fini les maux de dos dus à la fatigue, au mauvais positionnement lors des biberons ou même lorsque je porte trop longtemps ma fille. Une petite douleur, 10 minutes de Spinup et c’est reparti !!!!
