Prise de poids pendant la grossesse comment le vivre ?

Bonjour les petits loups.

J’espère que vous allez bien.

Aujourd’hui, on va parler grossesse et plus particulièrement de la prise de poids pendant la grossesse ainsi que notre ressenti de femme car ce n’est pas toujours facile de voir son corps changer.

Alors, au final, doit-on faire attention à sa ligne et surveiller ce que nous mangeons et sa prise de poids pendant la grossesse ?

Je suis fine depuis toute petite et j’ai l’avantage de pouvoir manger ce que je veux sans que cela ne se ressente sur ma ligne, résultat, j’ai toujours fait un 34/36.

Plutôt sympa vous me direz sauf que j’ai toujours voulu avoir des formes ou du moins un minimum puis bon, vous connaissez bien le souci en tant que femme, nous souhaitons toujours ce que nous n’avons pas.

Deux mois de grossesse plus tard, ma balance enregistrait un +10 kg…. Bon, là, j’ai commencé à me poser des questions quand même  : mes envies de croque-monsieur à 10 heures du matin ou de Macdo à minuit n’était peut-être pas très bon.

Six mois de grossesse plus tard, ma balance m’envoya un +20 kg… Pour le coup, j’avais des formes… Sauf que je me sentais vraiment lourde, j’avais l’impression que mon corps était devenu une grosse brique et j’avais des douleurs au dos mais surtout aux jambes ce qui a été le plus dur à supporter durant tout ma grossesse.

Neuvième mois de grossesse et ma balance m’annonça au final un +30 kg !! Voilà, je venais de passer d’un 48 kg à un 78 kg ! Une sacrée prise de poids pendant la grossesse !

J’avais fait un choix, celui de ne faire aucun régime pendant la grossesse et de ne pas me priver et si c’était à refaire, je referais exactement la même chose car je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi bien dans mes baskets qu’enceinte de ma petite fille adorée.

D’autres femmes vont cependant avoir beaucoup de mal à se reconnaître car une grossesse n’est pas forcément évidente pour tout le monde. En effet, votre corps change, vous êtes plus sensible, à fleur de peau, un rien va vous énerver comme votre conjoint qui jouera aux jeux vidéos le soir plutôt que d’être à vos petits soins ou la petite dispute qui se terminera en pleurs et prendra des proportions démesurées !! Il ne faut pas sous-estimer ses émotions pendant la grossesse car un petit être qui ressent vos sentiments est en vous.

Parlez, libérez-vous, marchez, tricotez, dansez, bougez faites ce qui vous fait du bien ! La grossesse ne dure que 9 mois et sauf avis contraire de votre spécialiste vous n’êtes pas obligé de rester à vous lamenter sur votre canapé.

Attention, vous devez être suivi correctement pendant toute votre grossesse que ce soit par votre gynécologue ou par votre sage femme. Je vous parlais de poids tout à l’heure et j’ai risqué gros, très gros : la pré-éclampsie.

La pré-éclampsie qu’est-ce que c’est ?

La pré-éclampsie peut être très grave voire même mortelle si elle n’est pas prise à temps : une prise de poids très rapide, une hausse de votre tension, des maux de tête ou bien encore des oedèmes, tous ces symptômes accumulés doivent absolument vous alerter.

Des facteurs de risque existent : + de 40 ans, hypertension chronique, obésité, antécédent de pré-éclampsie.

Je ferai par la suite un article sur les douleurs et les risques qui sont à surveiller pendant la grossesse et nous reviendrons plus longuement sur la pré-éclampsie.

Tout cela pour vous dire que je suis arrivée un 2 février à la polyclinique de Caen avec un +30 kg et une hypertension inhabituelle de 16.5. Cela m’a coûté une prise en charge immédiate et un accouchement dans la foulée par césarienne.

Malgré la fin délicate, je garde un merveilleux souvenir de mes 9 mois de grossesse et j’espère que vous vivrez votre grossesse aussi bien que moi. Vous vous demandez peut-être si j’ai réussi à perdre mes kilos …

Alors, alors, bah oui ; en 6 mois j’ai tout perdu et j’ai même trop perdu puisque je suis descendue suite à un souci de santé à 41 kgs pour enfin remonter à 50 kgs et ne plus bouger depuis plusieurs mois.
