Coucou mes loulous. Et oui, vous le savez, depuis une semaine je suis revenue de vacances. Alors que cela fait bientot deux ans que je suis près de vous et que je blogue, je m’apprête à écrire certainement l’article le plus dur depuis mes débuts.

Je rigole jaune à chaque fois que je vois une blogueuse sortir un article avec pour titre : l’envers de la blogosphère ou nous et les marques …

Avec moi, vous n’avez jamais eu de mensonge, j’ai toujours été honnête et droite, que ce soit pour un partenariat ou non. Derrière vous il se cache une famille, une maman, un papa, un porte-monnaie et un budget à respecter. C’est inévitable, nous devons tout vous dire d’un produit que ce soit en bien mais aussi en mal.

Le jour où je devrais mentir, où je devrais me trahir et vous trahir, ce jour-là, ce sera le jour où je ne serai plus là.

Vous l’avez compris, ce séjour VVF ne s’est pas passé tout à fait comme je l’avais espéré et je dirai même que je suis très déçue de cette quinzaine de jours que j’ai passé au VVF de St Cast Le Guildo.

Ce séjour s’est fait par le biais d’un partenariat, nous avons ainsi bénéficié d’une réduction ce qui nous a permis de partir à 4 adultes ainsi que Mini-Crabe pour le prix de 1300 euros.

Mon papa a 70 ans et est diabétique insulino dépendant avec une neuropathie qui le fatigue rapidement. J’ai donc prévenu VVF que son chien, un golden retriever, devait également nous suivre car quand il marchait longtemps, il avait besoin du soutien de son chien. En effet, dans ce village-vacances, les chiens ne sont pas acceptés pendant les vacances scolaires. La directrice a de suite donné son accord.

“Quand il marchait longtemps”, cette phrase est très importante et vous allez comprendre pourquoi. A notre arrivée, je fus surprise par l’accueil très froid que nous avons reçu, un sourire pincé, une explication minime comme si nous connaissions d’avance tout de cet endroit de vacances, on nous donna les clés et c’est tout.

Découverte du village vacances

A la découverte de l’appartement, j’ai failli me sentir mal : nous avons eu un appartement petit  pour personne à mobilité réduite de 4 personnes et non de 5 comme c’était prévu sur le contrat et vous vous rappelez, je n’ai jamais parlé de fauteuil roulant puisque mon papa n’en a pas et marche !

Je suis donc retournée à l’accueil et on ne pouvait plus rien faire, tous les autres logements étaient complets.

La suite du séjour fut dans le même esprit que cette première impression :

Nous avions réservé le baby kit qui devait être installé à notre arrivée ce qui n’avait pas été fait et au final la chaise haute n’était plus disponible et en guise de compensation nous avons eu un réhausseur de voiture sans sécurité qu’ils ont de suite repris ! La sécurité pour un enfant c’est le b-a-ba et vraiment, en tant que maman et  maman testeuse, je ne transige pas là-dessus !

Pour le lit parapluie que dire, il était magnifique avec de la moisissure sur le coté.

Dans cet appartement,  il y avait deux chambres : une très belle et grande chambre avec un lit conjugal et une toute petite rikiki  avec deux lits superposés. Le lit parapluie ne rentrait que dans la grande chambre et mes parents ont donc décidé de nous la laisser ce qui m’a vraiment contrariée : voir ses parents dormir dans des lits superposés avec une literie “borderline” très peu pour moi.

Je suis donc retournée à l’accueil, après tout au point où j’en étais et j’ai expliqué mon souci : une enfant de 29 mois, un lit parapluie que je ne pouvais mettre dans la chambre rikiki. J’ai eu une réponse très intelligente de la directrice me disant : bah oui il ne va que dans la grande. Bah oui, sotte que je suis, j’aurais espéré avoir ce qui était prévu : un logement pour 5 personnes et non pour 4.

Bon, je vous fais visiter le reste : la salle de bain. Alors là, je crois que je n’ai jamais autant ris jaune avec ma maman que lors de la découverte de celle-ci. Des toilettes, une douche, un lavabo et une planche de 30cm.

Et c’est tout ! Pas de placard pas d’autres planches, rien, nada. Nous avons passé 15 jours avec les vanitys et les affaires à même le sol ! Pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, fallait quand même la faire celle-là.

Point positif de ce premier tour d’horizon : la cuisine. Petite mais fonctionnelle dans l’ensemble. Nous avons trouvé un four micro-onde, un lave-vaisselle et tous les ustensiles de cuisine.

A final VVF, c’est quoi ? VVF est un village de vacances familiales et c’est là tout le point fort de l’enseigne ! Les enfants jouent ensemble, on se rencontre entre familles et on laisse de côté les désagréments nouvellement connus.

C’est ce que nous avons fait jusqu’à la découverte de la piscine : pas de pataugeoire pour enfant et une ligne d’eau marquée de crasse et non nettoyée et ça, c’est inacceptable. Je suis très heureuse de voir que l’eau est saine (voir feuille affichée) mais quand je vois cette crasse sur le rebord et cette ligne d’eau fortement marquée, je crie au scandale.

D’ailleurs j’invite le village vacances VVF de St Cast Le Guildo à lire cet article très bien fait qui leur expliquera pourquoi la ligne d’eau doit être nettoyée et ce qu’elle contient comme pollution pour les utilisateurs de la piscine.

 

Passons à la localisation : magnifique ! Proche d’une crique, c’est un bel emplacement. La plage n’est pas très loin et en 15 minutes à pied, vous êtes dans le centre ville de St Cast le Gildo, un vrai coup de coeur. Petite ville qui ne vit qu’en période estivale, j’ai trouvé cet endroit chaleureux avec vue sur la mer, c’etait mon endroit de détente et de promenade.

Nous avons d’ailleurs rencontré de nombreux artisans qui nous ont fait goûter et découvrir de superbes produits locaux.

Puis, il y avait le centre Mickey, sur la plage, un endroit génial avec des animatrices adorables où Mini Crabe a pu se défouler et s’amuser.

Car oui, il y avait bien un club baby au VVF de St Cast Le Guildo mais uniquement à partir de 3 ans et si l’enfant est propre. Quand j’ai demandé de faire juste un essai avec ma deux ans et demi pour une heure et pas une après-midi entière (je me doute que changer les couches de 10 gamins, c’est compliqué) on m’a purement et simplement dit non !

Passons aux animations. C’est également un point fort, il y en a tout le temps : journée et soirée. Bon, impossible pour moi avec deux ans et demi de faire la découverte des plages à pied de 7 km, j’aurais d’ailleurs apprécié quelque chose aussi pour les petits. Un enfant n’existe pas qu’à partir de trois ans…

Un service bar est ouvert à partir de 18h, vous pouvez y consommer modérément des cocktails avec alcool et sans alcool. C’est le premier sourire de cette équipe de VVF que j’ai pu apercevoir. Une jeune femme adorable, proche de ses clients qui nous conseillait et nous parlait avec passion de sa région. D’ailleurs, grâce à elle, nous avons découvert un joli restaurant où mon conjoint m’a demandée en mariage.

Une perle rare qui relève le niveau de cette équipe très hautaine.

Visite De La Bretagne

Suite à tout cela, mes parents n’ont pas souhaité prendre part aux différentes animations du soir, il faut dire qu’on avait eu notre dose avec l’équipe de VVF. Nous avons passé le reste du séjour à parler avec nos charmants voisins, des amours de personnes et à découvrir la région de Bretagne. Nous avons ainsi visité, St Malo, Dinan, Dinard ..

Je garde, bien entendu, un excellent souvenir de ces 15 jours car j’étais en famille avec mes parents mon conjoint et ma fille, les personnes que j’aime le plus au monde mais mon Dieu,  quel séjour !!

J’avais entendu tellement de bien sur les villages-vacances que je suis tombée de très haut ! On dit souvent, quand les gens sont agréables et souriants, on laisse passer plus de choses. Malheureusement, ce village-vacances a tout pour ne pas me faire revenir.

Ce n’est jamais plaisant de rédiger du négatif mais maheureusement il m’est impossible de faire autrement.
